I haven't heard that before, perhaps because it is total bullshit.
When you have to import gas-powered anything starting in 2035, that's what I call "total bullshit."

But hey, let's keep exporting the smoke stacks, and let's keep exporting the CO2.

It's wrong with the U.K. does it, but it's just fine when California does it, AMIRITE?
