Not yet, it usually drops quite a bit below the underwriting price. Then the same people who bought the underwriting will suck up the old bag holders shares. As they will want very little competition selling when it gets pumped. With a newly discovered drug. <G>

They will let the bag holders twist in the wind for months upon months, until they see it as dead money and sell.

Then they will pump it.

This is not a company that will ever be a success at their stated business. They will continue this cycle until no one thinks they can pump it any more. Then they won't get funding anymore.
