Yup, look at the order book. As a percentage of the current fleet, the number of crude carriers to be delivered over the next two years is probably the lowest ever (low single digits). And the fleet is not young. IF the Russian sanctions ended tomorrow, all the 25+ year old tankers transporting Russian crude would soon be sent to the scrappers.
