Are illegals provided Obamacare? With the 7-8 (12-14?) million entered since Biden may say something.

My understanding is Obamacare one big ponzi with having the young eventually burden the cost. Most under 30-40 seldom use insurance...what is requirement age? I know if you live you live with parents you're covered until 26.
