When they do the secondary, to they first short against the shares they will distribute? Otherwise it seems to me it would be very hard to enter a large short position in this stock as most of the shortable shares are already been shorted. ( Yikes! I used 'short' three time in that sentence :) )

I would expect them to do at least 1 million shares and probably closer to 2 million if they actually do one (assuming they need the money to expand and pay off their current loans).
