FYI I just read that SIGA's one-time merger partner, CCIR, is going to be bought out by Hadco for about $24 a share. I really haven't followed CCIR since the merger with SIGA was called off, but I know at the time the announcement about SIGA-CCIR merger was made, CCIR was only a $14 stock.
