Asset is good for a small-cap fund.
Safeco Growth is my favorite small-cap if your risk tolerance is high. If you have a lower tolerance, Price Small-Cap and Nicholas Limited Edition are better choices.
I'm not a big fan of Janus Growth & Income even though Janus' international funds are great.
Nova is basically an index fund. It will outperform on the upside, underperform when the market goes down. If you think the market is going up buy it, but I would use this fund to speculate on S & P movements over a period of less than 4 months and would not buy long term.
Science & Tech is a great tech fund. It and Tech Value are my favorites.
Cohen and Steers is a good reality fund. I will have to research more to give you an in depth opinion though. Also check CGM Realty which had also done well.

I usually don't try to time mutually funds and will average into them. I only try to time individual stocks.
