"Ernst & Young has adopted SuperDisk technology to replace the Iomega Zip products currently used by its consultants."

Read the next paragraph carefully:

"Ernst & Young will specify SuperDisk drives as its internal drive component of choice in both desktop and notebook computers for use by its globally mobile staff of consultants. Additionally, the company has already placed an initial order for more than 2,000 Imation SuperDisk Parallel Port Drives for its U.S.-based staff."

In the immor(t)al word of our Rock of Gibraltar: "VAPOR!" This article does not state that E&Y has ordered a single notebook with an LS120 installed, but has ordered 2000 PP drives. If you look at Imation's web pages, you see that NEC is the only OEM which includes the LS120 in a notebook; this cuts down E&Y's choices a lot. As the bears on this string are always reminding the rest of us, corporations can pull out their support in a nanosecond if something else comes along better - 2000 PP drives is not enough to cause E&Y to stake the future of the company on this irrevocable choice.
