Charles,
Obviously, thru ECI Telecom and RSL, Delta Three etc. Voclf is building the infrastructure necessary to take the concept to the next level. This has been a long time coming , but I am looking for a few more major international phone companies to hook up with voclf also. The stock has languished because the news has been slow lately and there was more action elsewhere for stock pickers. I think we will start to see some results soon.
