Leggett & Platt Inc(LEG) 8% Yield And A Dividend King! \| Time to Buy Leggett & Platt? (Link to YouTube Video below) bit.ly --------------------------------------------- Made a 10% add to this position on Friday. The link above provides 3 different valuation metrics. What I found interesting they all came away w/ different fair value prices. I found the discounted cash flow analysis the most interesting as I follow FCF and FCF growth. The 7% div yield (one of the dividend Kings) w/ 4.5% div growth; 3-4% Revenue growth (typical for this sector), the YouTube analyst finds this undervalued. The DCF model has LEG's fair value at $43/share. I have a 1.5% portfolio position now in this name w/ an average cost at $27.50/share. I have been accumulating shares every month from May 2023 through Dec 2023. 40% of those Buys were in Nov & Dec. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Also added to 5% to my T position last week and 5% to PYPL. For speculation and 'Special Situation' started a new position in C4 Therapeutics Inc (CCCC) a biopharmaceutical company. Small end of year sales; peeled off high cost shares in KHC & GBX (book s/t term gains) & tax loss harvesting in BGFV. Avg cost for these now: BGFV $5.65/share; KHC $34/share & GBX $29.45/share. Goal is to lower average cost and hold for long term capital gains; Yield on cost for GBX 8.8%; BGFV 7.8% & KHC 4.7% will produce income while you wait. Happy & Health New year to All
