I'd vote for a blend as suggested by technetium. Before 1/2 are all valid. If, after, a pick with material news or an unusual jump is open to being nixed.

As a rule change, I also suggest nullifying any pick already being acquired, so no KRTX, MRTX, IMGN, etc. since it's gaming/outsmarting the 20% rule.
