It's been shown that Biden did not get 270 Electoral Votes. That means valid electoral votes. if neither candidate gets 270 EV, it could have and still could go the relevant States to vote once per state which I think gets the result I observed. Votes trucked in with no oversight and observation, do not count. Let's see what the Supreme Court comes up with this month.
