I would like to add that I have been following this company for over a year and was the only shareholder to attend the company's annual meeting in early 1997. I was impressed by Dan Masters and Wilfred Shaw as the financial support. Most important though is how they have worked over the last year. It took a bit longer to move the company from the Vancouver exchange to the Nasdaq BB. But since that time things have moved along regularly and without a lot of hype. Dan Masters seems to be a very down-to-earth fellow and a real straight-shooter. The information I have always gotten from him has been accurate. (This was not true of the IR information I got from Worldvision Financial - I don't think much of that operation but they are not longer working for MIS). I have been very favorably impressed with the work at MIS. I have visited their auto store outside of Toronto and one of their Pretzel Twister stores in a mall also outside of Toronto. I did this during May of 1997. I was impressed by both and found the quality of the pretzels very good. These are my comments for now. I'll be in contact. Leroyt
