He is clueless.... Edit: Now if you had a couple thousand people with high powered rifles shooting at the cooling fins (filled with transformer oil) of the big "multi-megawatt Step Down transformers" things would get interesting fast. That would be a problem. We don't have a huge inventory of those things laying around. You just can't go to your local electronics parts house for replacements. LOL!
