Your post about the "dilution" was not an example of rational criticism.
It took "dilution" and labled it as a horrible thing that was going
to kill us all. You didn't look at the earnings growth that would
occur as a result and balance the effect on EPS. You ASSUMED a
level of dillution for the line of credit which is impossible.<<

Speaking of "proof," we can prove that dilution has taken place, but the EPS you suggest cannot be proven at all. The EPS is merely speculation. The dilution is fact.

As for the level of dilution for the line of credit, there is nothing impossible about it. Just simple math. Everyone heard Ira on the conference call say he intended to borrow 12MM from the line of credit. $12MM dollars at .25./share is 48MM shares. What is impossible about that? One wishes it were impossible, but alas, the math is clear and simple.
