This is probably why Jeff Bezos decided to go all electric with his delivery vehicles. Cute. But sarcasm that misses the mark comes across as just plain stupid. Apples and oranges. You can't refute that article, because it's an accurate assessment of an impossible mandate. Little local delivery vans are not over the road big rigs and they're plugged in overnight or swapped out during the day at the yard, not attempting to recharge at one of the frequently broken down and hard to access public chargers. And even little old lady drivers like you could drive one without a commercial license.
