Me too 10% add to my starter position in this exploration, development and production of natural gas, crude oil and natural gas liquids company. Low PE but more debt than I like. The CPE acquisition is all stock so it is positive accretive (doesn't add much debt but does assume CPE's debt in the all stock deal).

I do like how APA tracks Oil and you get NG exposure too.
