Let them take their profits. Average down if you have to. On the otherhand, what happens if the stock shoots up after the split? Bottom line is that a year from now it doesn't matter!

A lot of things can bring this stock down. And a lot can keep it going as well. Track record, which in this case is a VERY GOOD indicator, states that MSFT should grow about 25-35% per year. Why argue with a good return on a solid and stable company?
