I refer mainly to the cult of personality around Jobs. That same aspect ruined Germany when it manifested in Hitler. We are quite lucky Hitler did not let his generals run his war, they might have won it for him.

He[Jobs] has done nothing to change my mind about his ability. In fact he knows his limitations and does not want the position he will fail in.

In fact I think it will come out later on the Jobs was stretching the generally accepted rules of accountancy and there just mightbe a lawsuit in it(this is raw speculation based om suspicion, and Jobs past actions)

Bill, I can't speak for others here but I for one am green with envy at your multi-faceted personality. However, for the last few days much of what you wrote have been your personal opinion on Jobs. I know you get your jolly off criticizing Jobs but after re-reading your last 15 messages and blocking out all the Jobs bashing, I can't seem to find much info left that's of direct importance to AAPL. I know you don't own AAPL so it might not interest you but most of us here do, and we rather discuss AAPL than read your editorials on S. Jobs.

Anyone care to talk about Q2 98? Bill, care to enlighten us with with your opinion.
