I am a new investor and am not very familiar with Balance Sheet terms and Financial Terms like "float" and "capitalization". I called and talked to Wall Street Equities and found them to be pleasant and open to answering any questions. I would like to know if any shareholders received a letter either regarding the stock swap or just general information on NETZ? Jim said that all the shareholders were sent a letter. I have not been a shareholder long and didn't receive a letter. He would not discuss the specific financials other then that they are a fairly new startup company and are trying to get their stuff together to become a reporting company. He did comment that the sales figures released were accurate and they are trying to grow this company. I found out some specific info regarding the shares out etc... but I apologize for not being well versed enough to know what the heck he meant! I am afraid I would disseminate incorrect information. I recall there was mention as to the float but I can't remember the exact figure. Only facts I can gather from my notes are 33mm issued and 18mm restricted, 10mm held, that leaves 5mm???? Some financial person please interpret this for me please?
As you can gather I am a shareholder in this company and have a vested interest. I would not give advise on this company or any other company. I am only looking for others interpretations and opinions.
Please forgive my lack of knowledge.
