Bloomberg had a news release that stated Brincat gave back more than $1 million
Brandt states in the interview;"I continue to try and avoid prepackaged
bankruptcy filing. I continue to have an optimistic outlook for all
of my constituencies, including shareholders and creditors."

Whoever rote the article also had to mention that Jayhawk, First merchants, and
Reliance sought Chapter 11.

T don't believe Brandt would make a positive statement if they were
close to a filing of Chapter 11, and that fact that he even made
a statement is positive.
