You are off your rocker as usual. PG&E would even have problems organizing a piss up at a brewery. Rotating Outages (pge.com) But it's obvious from what you wrote, you are having problems even believing your own B/S. California can't even stop blackouts and brownouts on a normal day. Just imagine what would happen if there was a real problem ? There is only one certainty. PG&E, Gavin Newsom, & the rest will blame the customer for anything that happens. That's for sure.
