You are totally clueless about the 11 year solar cycle. I've used it and studied it since the late 1960's. To propagate hf signals around the world. There are some excellent, science based resources available to study the phenomena. NOAA has some excellent ones I use daily: swpc.noaa.gov en.wikipedia.org en.wikipedia.org
