Ok, I understand all that. I'm curious how these ETFs operate AND actually own the amount of Bitcoin that they're supposed to own, but to understand that I've gotta have a better understanding of the ETF mechanisms.

If all customers of ETF shares would decide to convert their ETF share to "real" gold the whole house of cards would collapse.

Can you explain - in detail - why that is?
