Actually I do know that law better than you do. It is the bank’s responsibility to accurately appraise loan collateral, not the borrower’s.
It is still the borrower's responsibility to give a good faith estimate of the property's valuation.

As for knowledge of the law, you haven't demonstrated shit. All you're doing is parroting what the Q Continuum is telling you.

Either way, you continue to express your desires, not what's likely to happen.

Such as your desire to see Judge Engoron let Trump off with a slap on the wrist, which isn't likely to happen.

Or your desire to see the ruling overturned on appeal, which is possible IF you believe the NY law is unconstitutional.

But for you to misrepresent what the law in NY says (and ignore the part about NY law not requiring proof that victims were hurt), just tells me that you don't know what the Brandon you're talking about.
