The banks could have made more money had they known the truth about his financial state -- they could have made loans at a higher rate commensurate with his higher risk due to poorer than reported finances. They could have chosen to extend loans to other businesses which reported honestly. Those businesses, also harmed. In fact the entire marketplace is harmed by his fraud because it undermines the essential trust necessary to the conduct of commerce in a free market.

"Banks never charged Trump with fraud." Not how that works, Dunning-Kruger.

"No charges brought for over 6 years." Because investigations take time.

"Decision gets overturned on appeal." Doubtful. The evidence is overwhelming for a civil suit.

"Prosecutorial malpractice." Now you're just repeating big words you don't understand but you heard some talking head say.

Nor is there judicial malpractice. You just don't understand and are behaving emotionally because you'd rather be angry than try to understand.
