A lot of company's release information as work is in progress. The investor needs to make an assessment of that information and the past performance of the company. There is judgement and speculation involved. Your long diatribe on the company has some merits. Up until about the beginning of 1997, the company performed very, very poorly. I know I bought shares at $2.00 a piece (or close to it). It's best that that management team has gone because they went absolutely nowhere. But since Dan Masters has gotten involved all I have seen is steady movement in a positive direction. The next month or two will begin to tell the real story.
