The company nominated Chairman Mark Parker to the board, as well as Mary Barra, Safra Catz, Amy Chang, Jeremy Darroch, Carolyn Everson, Michael Froman, James Gorman, Robert Iger, Maria Elena Lagomasino, Calvin McDonald, and Derica Rice.

I think Mark Parker is the Executive Chairman of NIKE, who had a terrific tenure there.

He serves as executive chairman of Nike, Inc. He was named the third CEO of the company in 2006 and served as president and CEO until 13 January 2020.
