Yes, that's an OK place to start.

Then it's a matter of realizing what's good for the Nation and what isn't.

Both Argentina and Britain.

Even if Cameron is a dumb chit, I think Milei knows how to play his cards. It's just a matter of offering a "deal" at an opportune moment. Argentina is nearby the Falklands while Britain isn't.

Oil fields need local support, and protection in a possible conflict "hot spot".

Unless you like penguins a lot it's not the favourite place to be stationed for years on end, and this is well known.

Unless one party is very silly, I am sure there is an agreement on the table once the pretence of tough guys is over.
