What is Widdle Donnie Trumpelthinskin's ranting about "debanking" all about?

My guess as that due to his erratic public behavior, and those 91 felony charges, banks have stopped doing business with him. He needs money, but they have debanked him. This is his way of complaining about it publicly without being embarrassed by the truth.
