I'd like to look into these various questions. I know equating the present MIS International to the prior form as MIS Multimedia is hardly worth making. Given the tone of your communication I'm not sure if its worth the time. I would like to document the outstanding shares. As of 1/13/97, there were 7,231,443 shares outstanding. At that time the company was worth almost nothing. I will try to track down the details. I understood that MIS purchased Wheel to Wheel in a prior transaction. Without being inflamatory, what detailed information do you have about that transaction. On 1/13/97, according to the Proxy Statement for the Annual meeting, Dan Masters was President, CEO and Director. Wilfred Shaw was Chairman of the Board. Predating the information on this company prior to January of 1997 is not useful unless there are potential complications and ramifications for the future.
