Art,

I think that it comes down to the validity of the patents that Masimo holds. I think Apple pulling oximetry from their new watches is to make it clean and clear to sell the watches in the US. With all this patent stuff, I never know what to believe. Apple has been on both ends of the patent issue. They have had patents invalidated and tried to have patents invalidated. I don't know who is right in this case. Apple does seem to be acting like a bully here but is it warranted? And is Masimo keeping this fight going because they want to sell a watch that may infringe on some Apple patents? We will have to wait and see how this all plays out.
