Many of those patients could have been given appropriate treatments and survived.

Same in the UK.

There is clear evidence in the UK patients were not treated with suitable medicines, and in fact were deliberately left to die. Left to die to help establish the "vaccine" narrative imho.

A narrative that you expound. No mention of anything other then a vaccine that does not work. Even Bill Gates says the Covid vaccines doesn't work (after he sold his vaccine related shares).
