believe HK has about another ~20% (18%) at most as HK / China has been facing for a long while, and the the index says HK has made "no-progress" since 2005, and yet aside from the smaller property developers everyone is high-cash to highest-cash soon smaller developers shall go belly-up, and their land bank would be swooped up by lightly-leveraged big developers / controlling families most hedge fund managers I know believe am opportunity of a life time straight ahead, and most very-shy, as they are measured month-to-month -20% does not concern me, and even I am cautious
