Real life portfolio (for biotech, most of my net worth is cheap vanilla etfs and real estate) - please critique!

~30% active/risk on. ROIV 7%, GTHX 5%, PLRX 5%, APLT 5%, VRCA 4%, LIFE 2%, IOVA 1%

~35% in two biotechs that have already popped and am waiting for capital gains.

~10% BIS as a hedge. ~25% in cash (although some is locked up for low ball bids if there’s a significant drop).

Do you hedge (without trimming)? If so, how do you go about it? % of cash do you like to maintain for your portfolio?
