I'm not a Beck fan, not at all, but this clip reinforces my impression that Trump is seriously considering Vivek for VP.
Vivek is playing his cards beautifully. If he makes VP, he's got four years to learn the ropes. If Trump clocks out before the 4 years are up -- his age seems to be catching up with him all of a sudden, maybe it's all the stress -- Vivek has the Oval Office handed to him. If Trump is sidelined before November, Vivek obviously inherits the MAGA mantle immediately and could win the election, with or without the GOP. I know that sounds like a big reach, but he will carry the fire if we lose Trump.
And it's a great deal for Trump, and we know how Trump feels about great deals. Vivek provided Trump with the line about Central Bank digital currencies, and Trump was blown away by the crowd reaction to it. Vivek, with his youth, energy, skin color, young family, MD wife, and the list goes on, would significantly strengthen the Trump ticket across several demographics where it needs strengthening.
I used to think Vivek couldn't work under Trump -- they're both too alpha -- but now I see what Vivek's up to. I think Trump's looking at him very seriously and will probably choose him when the time is right.
