Ozon will move above it's 50 DMA with a significant news release.

What kind of news release? Something other than an announcement that a company has agreed to test the product. The stock will move when something substantial happens. It could be any one of the following:

a. Laundry contracts with Columbia HCA or Crown Plaza. Let's face it, Hill-Rom's order of a half dozen isn't exactly big news...but never-the-less it is positive news. It's how a customer base is built...one at a time.

b. Novel Polymer. Something should happen soon. Is the company going to license the product? Who knows, but I think we're close on this one.

c. Ozone Food Processors. It's happening. Test results should be available by early/mid summer. USDA approval shortly afterwards.

So, I fail to see the significance in the comment and am open to and willing to listen to an explanation.

Does the comment "This is big" imply that the stock is doomed? I think not. As Jeffrey has stated in several posts, and what I assume to be obvious to the observer, is that the stock is reacting less and less to news. What it will react to, I surmise, is the announcement of a contract.

What kind of contract? One that will generate revenue and get the company's name on the board.

Let's face it folks, the company is transitioning from the "technology phase" to the "marketing phase". Little news can be expected in the food industry area until Mr. Lakis and Melinda Ballard set the hook.

Two big fish are "nibbling at the bait". When the prototype testing is completed the data will have to be submitted to USDA for review. We again will have an opportunity to wait. This stuff takes time. If people don't have the patience for this stock and feel like they are watching grass grow then maybe it's time to move on.

I'm sitting tight. I like what is happening and I'm banking on the other sectors of the company to pull their weight. I have the luxury of time and for some reason the low price of the stock is not eating at my gut. I bought a ton at the peak and watched it spike twice. Was I a fool for not selling and then buying back in at a lower price? Perhaps...but as I said I can wait...and I plan to do just that.

Mr. Lakis has been in the job for three months now. He and Melinda have landed two poultry companies in that time. The foot is in the door...more will follow.

Give the company a break.

Regards
