You cook like I do. Make up multiple meals at a time and refrigerate or freeze for later consumption. I hate cleaning cookware every night! Just pull out of the fridge and nuke! If I freeze a meal to eat later I just move it into the refrigerator section the day before. Then nuke. Conservation of electricity.. (not to mention using a lot of water to clean pots and pans every day)
