Note - the reply is interesting, but I don’t know how this person obtained the data. Would be interesting to back test.

Edit - once, I read a study showing that corrections, on average, are about 8%. Which is why stop losses do not work very well. But - 10% is more than the average correction. So, maybe it works? Picks up a lot of serious declines in the early stages?

Needs to be properly backtested.
