Hi Rich--I have the book at home. I will look up the name and post. In the meantime, there is a ton of stuff on the net, use Infoseek.

I agree there are many ways to interpret, however, in the book I am reading which is published in 1994 it was determined the Third Gulf War would come around Feb. 23, 1998. I listened to Clinton today discussing the attack to be not in days or not in months.
