Proxy Statement

Leroy, if you have a proxy statement and it says Dan Masters is "President, CEO and Director," then he is.

WRT the shares outstanding, the figure I make reference to come from elsewhere on this thread. But you're figure seems really low, especially for a company that was funded outta pocket while its stock was in the gutter.

"...equating the present MIS International to the prior for as MIS Multimedia is hardly worth making....information of this company prior to January of 1997 is not useful unless there are potential complications and ramifications for the future."

Of course, I disagree. But variety is the spice of life.
