The mechanism to force the Feds to abide by the Constitution is too weak. Joe Biden buys votes with student loan forgiveness he was expressly told was unConstitutional. Nothing happens. One example.

This appears to be a battle lost regarding the injunction. The war is ongoing, as Gov. Abbott indicated. The Court is too weak to end the war with a decision requiring the Feds to enforce the laws, because when they don't enforce the law, nothing happens. It'll have to be Trump with the Congress and military growing a spine and a conscience. There's a needed turnover in personnel to get that to happen. DHS is in Bizarro World doing the opposite of their job. I'd rather have the Mexican Federales preventing entry to the border area.

The people making bank off of this should all face sanctions. It is not their conscience guiding them, as they'd like to pretend. It is their bank accounts.\
