No data on just how dilutive this transaction will be. One has to assume that at a minimum, the conversion is at or below current market prices.

I understand, but don't like when management starts to play the shell games. It certainly can help the "negativity" the shorts are pushing. I hope I'm just being too cautious, as the important variables are clearly missing and we'll have to see when they shed light on this, assuming that's at earnings time.
