Sounds like the AVP got off to a solid start. There seems to be more in store availability than delivery to home. I think Apple is trying to get people to the stores to get them. Maybe it will help with the sales of other devices as well. There were estimates of about 160-180K orders the first weekend, and that is just for the United States.
