Of course I agree with you that this is the conclusion to draw,
but the same *could* have been said ~18 months ago, when I started
looking at Bay. There were *tons* of listings, which said to me
that they were really cranking.

More likely it was a mass exodus of trigger-happy engineers,
looking for greener pastures. Things are different now; I would
take this as a sign that Bay sees growth.
