I doubt you would find anybody who said the constitution was canceled. Any president who exceeds his constitutional authority is subject to congressional and judicial oversight. It's in the constitution. The strong system of checks and balances.

You seem to be confused about the difference between policy disputes and overturning the constitution. There's no double standard, except in your mind.
