We appreciate your interest in Fisker and thought we'd jump in here to talk a little more about the latest developments. We're excited about the Dealer Partnership program, which is a deliberate move we believe suits the needs of the company and its investors. We've heard from 100+ dealers who have expressed interest and we're hosting more for our dealer event at Fisker HQ next week. Right after that we're headed to the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) show where you can expect to catch Henrik's presentation on livestream. We've also recently opened up the option to pursue other potential partnerships, including in areas such as OEMs, by amending senior convertible notes related to liens on intellectual property, and we've reduced debt by $185.5M through converting notes to equity which frees up a huge chunk of operating capital.
