The report also states that if LOCK shares remain above $3, State Street would receive an additional $742,000. Quantum believes that this is a "this is a pump and dump scheme." The frim rates LOCK a "sell." 14:38 ET Saf T Lok (LOCK) 4 3/32 +9/32 (+7%) : Here is one you speculators may find of interest. State Street Securities initiates coverage of gun lock maker with a 12-24 month price target of $20-$40 per share. Sees FY98 and FY99 earnings of $1.00 and $1.50, which translates to P/Es of 4.09 and 2.73, respectivley.
