Hi Libbyt. I know you like fundamentals. I've spent the better part of 2-days this week dealing with CRM on a very big 5-year software deal.

All I can say is their financial people are some of the most impressive folks I've ever run across in any business. They are unyielding on principals. They are completely devoted to cashflow and margins, as are their upper management.

It sucks if you're on the other end of this, but they know their strengths, and they leverage it to the max.

I still got what I wanted, but I had to get super unconventional for my org and theirs. Had to really dig deep in my tool box to extract the concessions I needed. Finding the few soft targets and hitting them.

They are a very disciplined financial company from top to bottom.
