So you think it's automatic? That's absurd. Prosecutors frequently want to charge someone with a crime but don't have enough evidence. They charge them with crimes where they do have evidence. And by the way you think OJ was innocent?

Or just, as the law provides, not PROVEN guilty beyond the shadow of a doubt.
